I just got completely lost in the Jess Glynne album turned up really loud whilst out in a walk. I've heard this song so much, but the emotion in it took me a bit by surprise today.
This road is going to be long, with many bumps in the way, and I do not know where this journey is going to take us to next.
It was good to get out - it turned around a day that started somewhat tense and vulnerable. And now a sit down and a cuppa feels like the most earned one of the past few weeks.
